Meet Barbette Norfleet, LMTI am a licensed massage therapist, energy worker, holistic life coach, certified Yoga teacher, and Young Living Essential Oils brand partner.
My practice evaluates each unique person and addresses the whole being – body, mind, and spirit. I customize each session to my client according to how they are handling stress, tension, pain and emotions in their body and their energetic needs at that current time. My mission is to hold a safe space for you to relax, rejuvenate and come to a state of balance and well-being. I incorporate massage therapy, essential oils and aromatherapy, reflexology, energy work, gentle stretching and other tools. I tailor my sessions to YOU to aid in stress and inflammation reduction, immunity strengthening, and relaxation and well-being in the body. My techniques are supported by my massage therapy training at Miller Motte Technical College with my license being held with the Tennessee Health Board #4332, Usui System of Natural Healing & Supreme Science Qiqong Foundation for energy work and healing, Radiant Coaches Academy for my certified Yoga teacher (CYT) training and International Coaches Federation certified holistic life coaching. I love sharing about the body's healing power and the importance of reducing stress by incorporating weekly or monthly massage, aromatherapy and essential oils, body movement and stretching, breathwork and Yoga into your daily life. I strive to keep my services affordable so that you can take care of yourself and live a balanced and harmonious life. |
