Description of Services
Barbette Norfleet, LMT and Healing Hands of Peace Ministries, Inc. is a provider of massages, energy work, foot detox and Yoga in Clarksville, TN. All massages are strictly professional massages performed by licensed and insured Massage Therapists. I will provide all equipment necessary including massage lotion or oil.
Payment
Payment is due at the time of the appointment. Gratuity is not included in the service prices. Gratuities are appreciated upon completion of the service(s).
Cancellations
As a mutual way to respect each other's time, if you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment, Barbette Norfleet, LMT and Healing Hands of Peace Ministries, Inc. requires a minimum of 24-hours notice. Please call or text 615-670-2937 to do so. Same day cancellation or no show will result in a the FULL service fee charged to you.
Behavior
Barbette Norfleet, LMT and Healing Hands of Peace Ministries, Inc. retains the right to terminate massage at any time for inappropriate conduct from the client. This includes but is not limited to inappropriate touching, vulgar language, harassment, intoxication and illness on the part of the client. If a massage is terminated no refund will be paid to the client.
Medical Waiver & Disclaimer
Barbette Norfleet, LMT and Healing Hands of Peace Ministries, Inc. provides therapeutic massage therapy, energy work, foot detox and Yoga services. Client agrees to provide any known medical conditions that might be effected by the services. It is the responsibility of the client to disclose any medical conditions to Barbette Norfleet, LMT before the start of your session. Medical conditions include but are not limited to: Heart conditions, stroke, diabetes, skin conditions, cancers, viruses, strains, etc. Barbette Norfleet, LMT and Healing Hands of Peace Ministries, Inc. cannot diagnose any medical conditions or provide referral for medical treatment or tests.
Indemnification
Client agrees to indemnify and hold Barbette Norfleet, LMT and Healing Hands of Peace Ministries, Inc. harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees and costs, made by any third party due to or arising out of use of any person or facility provided by Barbette Norfleet, LMT and Healing Hands of Peace Ministries, Inc.

Barbette Norfleet, LMT is solely responsible for her actions in connection with the above. Client agrees to hold Barbette Norfleet, LMT and Healing Hands of Peace Ministries, Inc. free from any liability resulting from any actions or interactions.
Privacy
Any information received from clients shall be deemed strictly personal and confidential and Barbette Norfleet, LMT and Healing Hands of Peace Ministries, Inc. agrees it shall not divulge any information received from client to any person or entity without such clients prior written consent except where applicable by aggregate law.
